基于CiteSpace的慢性支气管炎中医护理研究热点与趋势分析

Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends in TCM Nursing for Chronic Bronchitis Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的：分析近20年中医护理技术干预慢性支气管炎的研究现状、热点及发展趋势，以期为该领域的后续研究提供参考。方法：检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)及万方(Wanfang)数据库相关文献，运用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果：共纳入708篇有效文献，2005~2019年发文趋势波动上升，近年来有所下降，研究热点集中于穴位贴敷等中医特色护理技术，并与“冬病夏治”理论深入结合，逐步形成从症状干预到预防管理的连续性护理路径。结论：慢性支气管炎中医护理研究已形成以技术为基础、以理论为指导、以患者为中心的发展格局，未来应加强区域协作，推动研究向疾病高发的寒地地区倾斜，促进科研与临床实践的有效衔接。

Abstract: Objective: This study analyzes the research status, hotspots, and development trends of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing interventions for chronic bronchitis over the past two decades, aiming to provide references for further research. Methods: Literature was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP Database, and Wanfang Data. CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was used to visually analyze authors, institutions, and keywords. Results: A total of 708 articles were included. Publications increased fluctuantly from 2005 to 2019, then declined slightly in recent years. Research focused on TCM-specific techniques such as acupoint application, often integrated with the “treating winter diseases in summer” theory, gradually forming a continuous care pathway from symptom management to prevention. Conclusion: TCM nursing for chronic bronchitis has evolved into a practice guided by theory and centered on patients. Future work should strengthen regional collaboration, promote research in high-incidence cold areas, and enhance the translation of research into clinical practice.
