摘要: 文章以双重预防机制为切入点，阐明双重预防机制在空管气象保障工作中的价值，分析了双重预防机制建设应用情况，结合实际提出了双重预防机制下安全管理的优化措施，旨在助力空管安全水平不断提升。
Abstract: This article takes the dual prevention mechanism as the entry point, clarifies the value of the dual prevention mechanism in air traffic control meteorological support work, analyzes the construction and application of the dual prevention mechanism, and based on the actual situation, proposes optimization measures for safety management under the dual prevention mechanism, aiming to continuously improve the safety level of air traffic control.
