摘要: 学术论文写作能力的培养是研究生教育的重要环节。《论文写作与案例分析》作为南昌航空大学研究生公共选修课，是提升研究生创新能力的重要课程。针对该课程目前存在的教学形式单一、课程内容与需求脱节、考核方式不够灵活等问题，从科学道德教育、教学内容、教学模式和考核方式等方面探索对该课程的多元化教学改革，培养学生通过科技论文写作表达自己学术观点的能力，并在传授知识的过程中给予学生正确的价值观引导，以适应新形势下研究生创新人才培养的需求。

Abstract: The cultivation of academic writing ability is an essential part of graduate education. As a public elective course for graduate students of Nanchang Hangkong University, “Thesis Writing and Case Studies” is an important course to enhance the innovation ability of graduate students. In view of the problems of single teaching form, disconnection between course content and demand, and inflexible assessment methods, the diversified teaching reform of the course is proposed from the aspects of scientific and moral education, teaching content, teaching mode and assessment method. The students’ ability to express their academic views through scientific and technological paper writing can be cultivated. The correct value guidance in the process of imparting knowledge is presented. The needs of graduate innovative talent training under the new situation can be adapted.
