Research Progress on the Homogenization Construction of Pharmaceutical Services in the Medical Community

摘要: 在紧密型县域医共体构建过程中，药学服务的标准化与同质化是不可或缺的核心内容，其不仅关系到分级诊疗模式下用药服务的顺畅衔接，更对提高基层医疗机构合理用药能力发挥着关键作用。本文围绕医共体药学服务同质化的相关研究展开深入探讨，分别从概念界定、政策发展脉络以及具体实施路径等方面进行了详细阐述。当前医共体药学服务同质化的推进，已构建起以统一用药目录为基石、中心药房建设为依托、集中审方技术为支撑、人才下沉机制为保障的实践格局。然而，在利益协调、信息化标准、药学人员配置等方面仍面临突出挑战。未来研究需在利益协调、信息标准化及人员配置等现存问题基础上，着力探寻同质化与差异化的平衡路径，以构建可长期维持的基层药学服务体系。

Abstract: In the process of building a tight county medical community, the standardization and homogeneity of pharmaceutical services are an indispensable core content. It is not only related to the smooth connection of medication services under the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model, but also plays a key role in improving the rational medication capabilities of primary medical institutions. This article conducts an in-depth discussion on the relevant research on the homogeneity of pharmaceutical services in the medical community, and elaborates on the concept definition, policy development context, and specific implementation paths. The current advancement of the homogenization of pharmaceutical services in the medical community has established a practical pattern based on the unified medication catalog, the construction of central pharmacies as the basis, the centralized prescription review technology as the support, and the talent sinking mechanism as the guarantee. However, there are still outstanding challenges in terms of interest coordination, informatization standards, and pharmaceutical staffing. Future research needs to focus on exploring a balanced path between homogeneity and differentiation based on existing issues such as interest coordination, information standardization and staffing, in order to build a grassroots pharmaceutical service system that can be maintained in the long term.
