Construction and Practice of a Standardized Preoperative Visitation Management System Based on Evidence-Based Nursing

摘要: 目的：探究基于循证护理的术前访视标准化管理体系的构建和具体应用效果。方法：选取2025年8月~2026年6月至我院就诊的82例手术患者。应用随机数字表法均分为研究组(基于循证护理的术前访视标准化管理)、基础组(常规术前访视)，n = 41。组间对比两组心理状态、知识掌握水平、手术配合程度和并发症发生情况。结果：研究组心理状态评分均低于基础组(P < 0.05)；研究组知识掌握水平、手术配合程度水平均高于基础组(P < 0.05)；研究组并发症发生率低于基础组(P < 0.05)。结论：手术患者应用基于循证护理的术前访视标准化管理体系能够改善心理状态，提高知识掌握水平、手术配合程度，降低并发症率，具有临床借鉴价值。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the construction and specific application effects of a standardized preoperative visit management system based on evidence-based nursing. Methods: A total of 82 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from August 2025 to June 2026 were selected and randomly divided into a study group (standardized preoperative visit management based on evidence-based nursing) and a control group (conventional preoperative visit), with n = 41 each. The psychological state, knowledge acquisition level, surgical cooperation degree, and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results: The study group scored lower in psychological state (P < 0.05), higher in knowledge acquisition level and surgical cooperation degree (P < 0.05), and exhibited a lower complication rate than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Implementing a standardized preoperative visit management system based on evidence-based nursing for surgical patients can improve psychological state, enhance knowledge acquisition and surgical cooperation, and reduce complication rates, demonstrating clinical significance.
