摘要: 缺血性脑卒中后便秘是卒中常见并发症，发病率高，不仅影响患者生活质量和康复进程，还可能诱发卒中再发。针刺作为安全有效的非药物疗法，在调节胃肠功能方面具有独特优势。本文从中西医角度梳理了该病的病因与发病机制，重点围绕“脑–肠轴”，系统综述了针刺治疗的相关机制及头针联合体针、电针、火针、温针灸等不同方法的临床应用进展。
Abstract: Post-ischemic stroke constipation is a common complication of stroke with a high incidence rate. It not only affects patients’ quality of life and rehabilitation process, but may also trigger stroke recurrence. As a safe and effective non-pharmacological therapy, acupuncture has unique advantages in regulating gastrointestinal function. This article reviews the etiology, pathogenesis, and underlying mechanisms of the disease from the perspectives of both traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine. Focusing on the “brain-gut axis”, it systematically summarizes the relevant mechanisms of acupuncture treatment and the clinical application progress of different methods, including scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture, electroacupuncture, fire needle acupuncture, and warm-needle acupuncture.
