脑卒中患者数字健康素养、疾病认知、自我效能与服药依从性的研究进展
Research Progress on Digital Health Literacy, Illness Perception, Self-Efficacy, and Medication Adherence in Stroke Patients
摘要: 脑卒中具有高发病率、致残率和复发风险,长期规范用药是改善患者预后的关键。然而,患者服药依从性受健康信息获取能力、疾病认知及心理行为等多因素影响。随着数字医疗的发展,数字健康素养作为新型健康能力,不仅影响患者对信息的获取与应用,还可能通过重塑疾病认知、增强自我效能,促进长期健康行为的形成。本文综述脑卒中患者数字健康素养、疾病认知、自我效能与服药依从性的研究进展及作用机制,旨在为临床实施精准健康教育和长期药物管理提供理论依据。
Abstract: Stroke is associated with high rates of incidence, disability, and recurrence, making long-term, standardized medication crucial for improving patient prognosis. However, medication adherence is influenced by multiple factors, including health information acquisition, illness perception, and psychological behaviors. With the advance of digital healthcare, digital health literacy has emerged as a key competency; it not only affects how patients acquire and apply information but may also foster long-term health behaviors by reshaping illness perception and enhancing self-efficacy. This paper reviews the current research progress and action mechanisms among digital health literacy, illness perception, self-efficacy, and medication adherence in stroke patients, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for precise health education and long-term medication management in clinical practice.
