慢性肾小球肾炎从风论治的中医理论阐释与临床应用探讨

Theoretical Explanation and Clinical Application Exploration of Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis from the Perspective of Wind in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)是临床常见的慢性肾系疾病，其病情常迁延难愈，是导致终末期肾病的主要原因之一。目前西医针对本病的治疗手段仍较为有限，而中医基于长期的临床实践，对本病形成了较为系统的认识，临床上多将CGN归属于“肾风”、“风水”、“水肿”等范畴加以辨治。风邪为导致本病的关键病理因素，且贯穿疾病发生始终，是导致患者肾功能进行性下降的重要诱因，从风论治CGN具有深厚的中医理论支撑。文章基于中医古籍与现代研究，系统梳理了风邪致病特点与CGN病理及临床特征的关联，结合临床实际深入探究了从风论治CGN的核心治法，为中医药治疗本病提供理论参考。

Abstract: Chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) is a prevalent chronic renal disease in clinical practice, often characterized by a protracted and refractory course. It stands as one of the primary causes of end-stage renal disease. Currently, treatment options for this disease in Western medicine remain relatively limited. In contrast, based on long-standing clinical practice, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has developed a relatively systematic understanding of this condition, and CGN is clinically categorized under the frameworks of “Shen Feng (Kidney Wind)”, “Feng Shui (Wind-Water/Wind Edema)”, and “Shui Zhong (Edema)” for syndrome differentiation and treatment. Wind pathogen is identified as a pivotal pathological factor in the onset of CGN, persisting throughout the disease’s progression and serving as a significant contributor to the progressive decline in renal function among patients. Treating CGN from the perspective of wind is supported by profound TCM theoretical foundations. Based on ancient TCM literature and modern research, the article systematically reviews the correlation between the pathogenic characteristics of wind and the pathological and clinical features of CGN. Furthermore, combining clinical practice, the core therapeutic approaches for treating CGN from the perspective of wind are thoroughly explored, providing a theoretical reference for TCM treatment of this condition.
