Research on the Mining and Integration of Ideological and Political Elements in Engineering Training from the Perspective of Luban Culture

摘要: 本研究聚焦工程训练实践中的大学生思政教育融入存在碎片化、浅表化问题，系统化地挖掘鲁班文化蕴含的工匠精神、创新智慧等思政元素，构建其与工程训练各环节的融合路径，提出了“文化符号解码 + 实训场景转译”的双向翻译策略，构建包含构建了包含精神理念、行为规范和价值观念三个维度的思政元素体系，实现传统文化与现代工程教育的深度融合，为新工科工程技术人才培养提供理论支撑与实践范式。

Abstract: This study focuses on the issues of fragmentation and superficiality in the integration of ideological and political education for college students in engineering training practice. It systematically explores the ideological and political elements such as the spirit of craftsmanship and innovative wisdom contained in the Lu Ban culture, constructs integration paths between these elements and various aspects of engineering training, and proposes a bidirectional translation strategy of “cultural symbol decoding + practical training scene translation”. It builds an ideological and political element system encompassing three dimensions: spiritual concepts, behavioral norms, and values, achieving deep integration of traditional culture and modern engineering education. This provides theoretical support and practical paradigms for the cultivation of engineering and technological talents in the new engineering discipline.
