针灸典籍融入针灸学专业型研究生培养的价值意蕴与实践路径探索

Exploring the Value and Practical Paths of Integrating Classical Acupuncture Texts into the Training of Professional Master Postgraduates Majoring in Acupuncture and Moxibustion

摘要: 针灸学是一门理论体系与临床实践并重的学科，针灸典籍不仅是针灸理论形成和发展的源头，也是针灸学学科建构与学术传承的重要载体。当前针灸学专业型研究生培养中，经典课程的设置相对薄弱，存在研究生自主研读意识薄弱、对先进网络数字资源的利用不够充分、经典学习与临床结合不够紧密等问题，制约了研究生针灸典籍学习的广度与深度。针对上述困境，本文通过阐释针灸经典教育实施困境的影响因素，阐明典籍学习的重要性，提出构建经典–临床融合式教学模式、建立经典能力导向的教学评价机制、建设复合型师资队伍、推动经典学习贯穿培养全过程等实践路径，以期为提升针灸学专业型研究生的理论素养与临床胜任力提供参考。

Abstract: Acupuncture and moxibustion is a discipline that values both theoretical system and clinical practice. Classical acupuncture texts are not only the source of acupuncture theory, but also important carriers for disciplinary construction and academic inheritance. In the current training of professional master postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion, the classical curriculum is relatively underdeveloped. Problems such as insufficient initiative in independent reading, inadequate utilization of digital resources, and poor integration with clinical practice constrain the breadth and depth of postgraduates’ engagement with classical texts. This paper analyzes the underlying reasons, including the dominance of clinical competency assessment, shortage of interdisciplinary faculty, students’ cognitive deviations, and lack of teaching continuity under the integrated training model. On this basis, the paper elucidates the value of classical studies in sorting out theoretical origins, consolidating foundations, enhancing clinical differentiation ability, and broadening academic horizons. Accordingly, practical paths are proposed, including establishing an integrated classical-clinical teaching model, developing a classical competency-oriented assessment mechanism, building a faculty team with both classical literacy and clinical competence, and integrating classical studies throughout the entire training process, so as to provide reference for improving the theoretical literacy and clinical competency of professional master postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and moxibustion.
