产教融合视域下数智赋能的城市轨道行车组织与调度课程教学创新与实践

摘要: 城市轨道交通行业的智能化转型对行车组织与调度人才提出了复合型、高技能的新要求,传统课程教学课程体系与数智技术融合不足、教学方法与手段落后、课程评价体系不完善等突出问题。本文以产教融合为基本视域,以数智赋能为关键抓手,对城市轨道交通行车组织与调度课程进行系统化教学改革创新。给出了具体的课程改革思路和课程改革路径,通过实施获得了良好的改革效果,表明了本文所提课程改革方法是切实有效的。
Abstract: The intelligent transformation of the urban rail transit industry has put forward new requirements for compound and highly skilled talents in train operation and dispatching. Traditional course teaching faces prominent problems such as insufficient integration of the curriculum system with digital-intelligence technologies, outdated teaching methods and means, and an imperfect course evaluation system. Taking industry-education integration as the fundamental perspective and digital-intelligence empowerment as the key lever, this paper carries out systematic teaching reform and innovation for the urban rail transit train operation and dispatching course. Specific reform paths and reform ideas are proposed. Through implementation, good reform effects have been achieved, which demonstrates that the curriculum reform method proposed in this paper is practical and effective.
