X波段双偏振雷达在七台河“冰超”专项气象服务中的应用成效分析
Analysis on Application Effect of X-Band Dual-Polarization Weather Radar in Special Meteorological Service for Qitaihe “Ice-Super League”
摘要: 首届黑龙江省冰雪运动超级联赛(简称“冰超”)七台河赛区赛事周期自2025年12月上旬持续至2026年2月末,跨度近两个月,覆盖短道速滑、雪地徒步、冰雪趣味赛事等百余场群众冰雪活动,赛场分布于桃山湖、冬奥公园、冠军馆等城市全域,赛事气象保障需求复杂、精细化监测难度突出。七台河市气象局依托本地X波段双偏振天气雷达,弥补全省S波段组网雷达低空、局地监测盲区,凭借高时空分辨率探测能力,实现赛事区域中小尺度降雪、冻雨、雨夹雪、局地阵雪等复杂雨雪相态精准识别。本文结合冰超专项气象保障实战案例,阐述X波段双偏振雷达核心技术优势,梳理其在冰雪赛事精细化天气监测、雨雪相态判识、短临预警、赛事调度服务中的应用成果,总结寒地冬季冰雪赛事雷达气象保障技术经验,为同类冰雪赛事专项气象服务提供技术参考。
Abstract: The Qitaihe Division of the 1st Heilongjiang Provincial Ice-Snow Sports Super League (“Ice-Super League”) was held from early December 2025 to the end of February 2026, spanning nearly two months. More than 100 mass ice-snow events were organized, covering short-track speed skating, snow hiking, ice-snow fun games and other activities. Competition venues were spread across urban locations including Taoshan Lake, Winter Olympic Park and Champion Museum. The event imposed complex meteorological support requirements and presented prominent challenges for refined meteorological monitoring. Leveraging the local X-band dual-polarization weather radar, Qitaihe Meteorological Bureau filled the low-altitude and local-scale monitoring gaps of the provincial S-band radar network. Benefiting from its high spatiotemporal resolution detection capability, the radar enables accurate identification of complex precipitation phases such as meso- and micro-scale snowfall, freezing rain, sleet and local snow showers over the event area. Based on the practical case of meteorological support for the Ice-Super League, this paper illustrates the core technical advantages of the X-band dual-polarization radar, summarizes its application outcomes in refined weather monitoring, precipitation-phase discrimination, short-range nowcasting and early warning, as well as event scheduling services for ice-snow events. Technical experiences of radar-based meteorological support for winter ice-snow events in cold regions are concluded, providing technical references for specialized meteorological services of similar ice-snow events.
