数字商务背景下跨境IT供应链管理研究综述与展望
A Review and Prospect of Research on Cross-Border IT Supply Chain Management in the Context of Digital Business
摘要: 随着数字技术深度嵌入国际贸易、平台运营、跨境支付、智能物流与供应链协同,数字商务正持续重塑企业跨境经营方式与全球资源配置逻辑。作为数字商务运行的重要支撑体系,跨境IT供应链兼具技术密集、网络复杂、规则敏感和风险传导快等特征,其管理问题已成为当前学术界与产业界共同关注的重要议题。本文以数字商务背景下跨境IT供应链管理为研究对象,在系统梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,对数字商务、跨境IT供应链及其理论基础进行界定,重点总结了数字化协同、风险识别与控制、韧性建设、数字技术应用以及绿色可持续发展等主要研究热点,并进一步分析现有研究在统一分析框架、行业特征揭示、数据与方法支撑、动态复合风险研究以及本土理论提炼等方面的不足。在此基础上,本文对未来研究趋势进行了展望,认为该领域将朝着平台化、网络化、智能化、安全化与绿色化方向持续深化。研究结论可为后续理论拓展与企业管理实践提供参考。
Abstract: As digital technologies become deeply embedded in international trade, platform operations, cross-border payment, intelligent logistics, and supply chain collaboration, digital business is continuously reshaping the way firms conduct cross-border operations and allocate global resources. As a crucial supporting system for digital business, the cross-border IT supply chain is characterized by high technological intensity, complex network structures, strong rule sensitivity, and rapid risk transmission. Its management has therefore become an important concern for both academia and industry. Focusing on cross-border IT supply chain management in the context of digital business, this paper systematically reviews relevant domestic and international literature, clarifies the concepts of digital business, cross-border IT supply chains, and their theoretical foundations, and summarizes major research themes including digital collaboration, risk identification and control, resilience building, digital technology application, and green sustainable development. It further identifies existing limitations in terms of unified analytical frameworks, disclosure of industry-specific characteristics, data and methodological support, research on dynamic and compound risks, and the development of localized theories. On this basis, the paper outlines future research directions, arguing that this field will continue to develop toward platformization, networkization, intelligence, security, and green transformation. The findings provide useful references for both theoretical advancement and managerial practice.
