大模型赋能装修电商:模式创新、现实挑战与治理机制
LLMs-Empowered Home Renovation E-Commerce: Model Innovation, Practical Challenges, and Governance Mechanisms
摘要: 本文针对传统装修电商在设计效率不足、个性化匹配不精准以及虚拟展示与线下履约脱节等方面的结构性瓶颈,本文立足智能电商与人机协同理论,系统探讨了大模型在装修电商中的模式创新、现实挑战与治理机制。研究从用户参与、设计方案生成、价值链重构和平台生态协同四个创新层面,系统分析了大模型在需求识别、视觉生成、沉浸交互与供应链整合中的作用机制。研究认为,大模型能够显著降低设计生成成本与用户决策成本,推动装修电商由传统交易撮合平台向多边生态共创平台转型。同时,在实际应用中也面临物理结构安全约束、虚拟视觉与真实供应链错配、创意方案与施工交付脱节等现实挑战。基于此,本文进一步提出以“机器前置约束–人工后置校验–数据闭环反哺”为核心的综合治理机制,以实现技术效率与实体履约之间的协同平衡。本文的研究有助于拓展大模型在重资产、强履约型垂直电商场景中的理论解释,为家装产业智能化升级与平台治理优化提供参考。
Abstract: This study focuses on the structural bottlenecks of traditional home renovation e-commerce, including low design efficiency, imprecise personalized matching, and the disconnection between virtual display and offline fulfillment. Grounded in smart e-commerce and human-machine collaboration theories, this paper systematically investigates the model innovation, practical challenges, and governance mechanisms of large language models (LLMs) in home renovation e-commerce. The research analyzes the mechanisms of LLMs in demand identification, visual generation, immersive interaction, and supply chain integration across four dimensions of innovation: user participation, design generation, value chain reconstruction, and platform ecosystem collaboration. The findings suggest that LLMs can significantly reduce design generation costs and user decision-making costs, facilitating the transformation of home renovation e-commerce from a traditional transaction-matching platform to a multilateral ecological co-creation platform. However, practical applications also face challenges, including physical safety constraints, mismatches between virtual visuals and real supply chains, and gaps between creative design and construction delivery. To address these challenges, a governance mechanism centered on machine pre-constraints, manual post-verification, and closed-loop data feedback is proposed, aiming to achieve a balanced synergy between technological efficiency and physical fulfillment. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of LLMs in asset-heavy, fulfillment-intensive vertical e-commerce scenarios and provides practical references for the intelligent upgrading of the home renovation industry and the optimization of platform governance.
