基于中医“扶正祛邪”理论探讨固表止嚏方治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Gubiao Zhiti Formula for Allergic Rhinitis Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory of “Supporting the Righteous and Eliminating the Pathogenic”

摘要: 目的：研究及探讨云南省耳鼻喉科名中医郭兆刚教授经验方固表止嚏方治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：选择我院耳鼻喉科2025年1月~2026年1月就诊的变应性鼻炎患者，将符合纳入标准的72例患者采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组36例。治疗组口服固表止嚏方，对照组给予口服氯雷他定片治疗。两组均连续治疗4周，分别于治疗前后进行临床症状评分，观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组的总有效率为77.78%；而对照组的总有效率为63.89%。P = 0.011差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组。结论：固表止嚏方治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective: To study and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Gubiao Zhiti Formula, an experience formula by Professor Guo Zhaogang, a renowned TCM physician in otolaryngology from Yunnan Province, for treating allergic rhinitis. Methods: A total of 72 patients diagnosed with allergic rhinitis who visited our hospital’s Department of Otolaryngology between January 2025 and January 2026 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (36 cases each) using a random number table. The treatment group received oral administration of Gubiao Zhiti Formula, while the control group was given loratadine tablets orally. Both groups were treated continuously for four weeks. Clinical symptom scores were assessed before and after treatment to evaluate therapeutic outcomes. Results: The overall effective rate in the treatment group was 77.78%, compared to 63.89% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P = 0.011, P < 0.05), indicating superior clinical efficacy in the treatment group. Conclusion: Gubiao Zhiti Formula demonstrates significant clinical effectiveness in treating allergic rhinitis.
