中缅油气管道(缅甸段)管道测径技术分析

摘要: 管道测径是检测长输管道施工质量的重要工序,直接关系到管道的安全运行。本文以中缅油气管道工程(缅甸段) PL06标段线路测径为例,介绍了在测径板变形时,所采取的寻找管线变形点的方法。采用这种方法,成功解决了该标段管道变形点定位问题,并提出了在测径过程中应注意的事项和在以后施工中管线变形预防控制措施。可为油气长输管道施工中的变形点的预防及控制提供理论依据,具有工程实际意义。
Abstract: Pipeline diameter measurement is a key procedure for quality control during the construction of long-distance transmission pipelines, which directly affects the safe operation of pipelines. Taking the pipeline diameter measurement of Section PL06 of the Myanmar-China oil and gas pipeline (Myanmar Section) as an example, this paper presents the methods adopted to locate pipeline deformation points when the gauging disc is deformed. This method successfully solved the problem of pinpointing deformation points in this section. Meanwhile, matters needing attention during diameter measurement and preventive and control measures for pipeline deformation in subsequent construction are put forward. The research can provide a theoretical reference for the prevention and control of pipeline deformation in the construction of long-distance oil and gas pipelines, and possesses practical engineering significance.
