注意缺陷多动障碍青少年网络媒体使用问题及机制探究
Research on the Problem and Mechanism of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Adolescents’ Internet Media Use
摘要: 注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种常见的神经发育障碍，以注意力不集中、多动和冲动为核心临床特征。除了核心临床特征外，ADHD儿童和青少年还常会伴随学业、情绪管理和人际交往方面的问题。在当今网络媒体时代，ADHD儿童和青少年的问题型网络媒体使用问题逐渐增加和日益加重，问题型网络媒体使用问题还会进一步加重ADHD儿童和青少年的临床症状、学业和人际交往问题。基于此，本文以ADHD儿童青少年问题型网络媒体使用为核心，综述两者临床关联的研究进展，并从生理和社会角度分析ADHD儿童易出现问题型网络媒体使用的原因和机制。
Abstract: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. In addition to the core clinical features, ADHD children and adolescents are often accompanied by academic, emotional management and interpersonal problems. In today’s Internet media era, the problem-based Internet media use problems of ADHD children and adolescents are gradually increasing and aggravating. The problem-based Internet media use problems will further aggravate the clinical symptoms, academic and interpersonal problems of ADHD children and adolescents. Based on this, this paper focuses on the use of problematic Internet media in ADHD children and adolescents, reviews the research progress of their clinical relevance, and analyzes the causes and mechanisms of problematic Internet media use in ADHD children from the physiological and social perspectives.
