“不变”中应“变”：医学生思政教育的创新与实践研究

Responding to Change amidst Constancy: Innovation and Practice in Ideological and Political Education for Medical Students

摘要: 医学生思想政治教育承载着培养兼具精湛医术与崇高医德的高素质医学人才的根本任务。在新医科建设全面推进与医学生群体认知特征深刻变迁的双重背景下，传统思政教育模式亟待于“不变”的价值内核坚守中寻求“变”的方法论突破。本文在系统阐释医学生思政教育特殊性的基础上，深入审视其当前面临的理论研究与教学实践相脱节、思政元素与专业课程相割裂、教学方式与认知规律相错位等结构性困境，进而从教学模式重构、叙事医学融入、实践育人深化、网络阵地拓展四个维度，探索医学生思政教育创新的可行路径，以期为推动医学生思政教育内涵式发展提供理论参照与实践启示。

Abstract: Ideological and political education for medical students undertakes the fundamental mission of cultivating high-caliber medical talents who integrate superb clinical proficiency with profound professional ethics. Against the dual backdrop of the comprehensive advancement of the New Medical Science initiative and the profound cognitive shifts characterizing the contemporary medical student population, the traditional pedagogical model of ideological and political education urgently requires methodological breakthroughs while steadfastly adhering to its core value commitments. On the basis of systematically articulating the particularities of ideological and political education for medical students, this paper critically examines the structural predicaments it currently confronts, including the disconnect between theoretical research and instructional practice, the fragmentation between ideological-political elements and specialized curricula, and the misalignment between pedagogical approaches and cognitive development patterns. Furthermore, it explores viable pathways for innovation from five interrelated dimensions—the reconstruction of teaching models, the integration of narrative medicine, the deepening of practice-oriented education, the expansion of online platforms, and the renewal of evaluation mechanisms—with the aim of providing both theoretical reference and practical guidance for advancing the connotative development of ideological and political education for medical students.
