Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in College English Teaching

摘要: 本文分析了传统大学英语教学过程中存在模式单一、师生交互生态薄弱等问题，研究了人工智能(AI)技术在本课程教学过程中的改革方向和内容，主要包括其在教学方式革新、个性化教与学方案设计、融入课程思政元素等方向的应用，重点突出AI赋能大学英语课程在打造个性化与混合模式相结合的课程生态、构建过程性与多元化结合的评价机制等方面的学生教育方案，从而全面提升学生的学习积极性和语言应用能力，培养具有国际竞争力的复合型英语人才。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems existing in traditional college English teaching, such as monolithic teaching models and weak teacher-student interaction ecology, and explores the reform directions and specific contents enabled by artificial intelligence (AI) technology in this course, focusing on its applications in innovating teaching methods, designing personalized learning plans, and integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education elements. The study highlights AI-empowered college English course designs in establishing a course ecosystem that combines personalization with blended learning, as well as constructing an evaluation mechanism that integrates process-oriented and diversified approaches. These efforts aim to comprehensively enhance students’ learning motivation and language application competence, thereby cultivating versatile English-talented professionals with international competitiveness.
