四川省农产品物流高质量发展研究

Research on High-Quality Development of Agricultural Product Logistics in Sichuan Province

摘要: 四川省作为国家战略腹地、农业大省与成渝地区双城经济圈核心省份，特色农产品品类丰富、规模庞大，农产品物流在乡村振兴、产业升级、农民增收中占据关键地位。当前四川农产品物流仍存在数字化水平偏低、冷链体系不完善、绿色化进程滞后、区域发展不均衡、链条协同不足等突出问题。本文立足新质生产力内涵与四川发展实践，从科技创新、数智赋能、绿色转型、“四链”融合、区域协同、开放合作六大维度，剖析新质生产力赋能农产品物流的内在机理，梳理现实困境，提出系统化发展路径，为四川省农产品物流提质增效、服务农业现代化与区域协调发展提供理论参考与实践指引。

Abstract: As a national strategic hinterland, a major agricultural province, and a core province within the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, Sichuan Province boasts a rich variety and vast scale of specialty agricultural products, making agricultural logistics play a pivotal role in rural revitalization, industrial upgrading, and increasing farmers’ incomes. Currently, agricultural logistics in Sichuan still faces several prominent challenges, including relatively low levels of digitalization, underdeveloped cold-chain systems, lagging green transformation processes, uneven regional development, and insufficient coordination across the entire supply chain. Based on the connotation of New Quality Productivity and the practical experiences of Sichuan’s development, this paper analyzes the internal mechanisms through which New Quality Productivity empowers agricultural logistics from six key dimensions: scientific and technological innovation, digital and intelligent empowerment, green transformation, integration of the “four chains”, regional collaboration, and open cooperation; it identifies existing practical difficulties and proposes systematic development pathways, thereby providing theoretical references and practical guidance for enhancing the quality and efficiency of agricultural logistics in Sichuan Province, as well as for serving agricultural modernization and coordinated regional development.
