摘要: 随着提速工艺方面的持续优化,在新疆工区内通过常规提速、工序优化等措施降本逐渐接近瓶颈。为保证稳产增产,从设计源头出发,针对工区碳酸盐岩储层井开展井身结构的优化评价,根据采油完井需求确定井身结构优化方向,并进行钻井工艺配套、现场应用跟踪评价。提高钻井综合效益、降低钻井直接成本、实现油田节能降耗开发总目标。
Abstract: With the continuous optimization of drilling speed-up technologies, the cost reduction potential brought by conventional speed-up measures and process optimization in the Xinjiang operation area has gradually reached a bottleneck. To guarantee stable and increased oil production, this study starts from the source of well design and carries out optimization evaluation of wellbore structures for wells targeting carbonate reservoirs in the operation area. The optimization orientation of wellbore structures is determined based on production and completion requirements, matched supporting drilling technologies are developed, and tracking evaluation is conducted for field applications. The overall objectives of boosting comprehensive drilling benefits, cutting direct drilling costs, and realizing energy-saving and consumption-reduced oilfield development can be achieved.
