智能体在包头防震减灾科普宣传中的创新实践探究
An Innovative Exploration of Intelligent Agents in Earthquake Prevention and Disaster Reduction Science Popularization in Baotou
摘要: 在智慧应急与数字科普深度发展的背景下,传统防震减灾科普依托人工答疑、单向推文的服务模式,逐渐暴露出响应时效不足、人力成本偏高、答复标准不统一等问题。本文以包头市防震减灾科普工作为实践场景,依托腾讯元器零代码平台搭建专属防震减灾智能体,结合本地科普资料、地震知识竞赛题库构建标准化知识库,通过微信服务号消息接口配置的方式完成智能体对接部署。试运行结果表明,该智能体可实现7 × 24小时全天候科普咨询、竞赛答疑、应急指导等服务,有效弥补传统科普模式短板,提升融媒体科普服务效率与公众参与度。本方案轻量化、易落地、可复制,可为国内地市级地震部门、应急管理单位推进科普数字化转型提供实践参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deep development of smart emergency response and digital science popularization, the traditional earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science popularization service model, relying on manual Q&A and one-way article promotion, has gradually exposed problems such as insufficient response time, high labor costs, and inconsistent response standards. This paper takes the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science popularization work in Baotou City as a practical scenario, and builds a dedicated earthquake prevention and disaster reduction intelligent agent based on Tencent’s Yuanqi zero-code platform. A standardized knowledge base is constructed by combining local science popularization materials and an earthquake knowledge competition question bank. The intelligent agent is deployed and connected through the WeChat service account message interface. Trial operation results show that the intelligent agent can provide 24/7 all-weather science popularization consultation, competition Q&A, and emergency guidance services, effectively making up for the shortcomings of the traditional science popularization model and improving the efficiency of integrated media science popularization services and public participation. This solution is lightweight, easy to implement, and replicable, and can provide practical reference for earthquake departments and emergency management units at the prefecture-level city level in China to promote the digital transformation of science popularization.
