Practical Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in the Introduction to Academic Studies Course in Public Health

摘要: 随着社会发展，公共卫生越来越成为一个与工科、法学、计算机、人文学科等交叉融合的学科，报考学生前期专业背景多样，需要在校期间使其对公共卫生领域有一定了解。《研究生学业导论》课程将思政教育与专业教育融合，通过挖掘思政元素、丰富课程思政教学方法、探索课程思政建设路径，有助于引导学生了解公卫精神，坚定专业思想，重视专业课程学习，为将来从事公共卫生专业工作奠定坚实基础。

Abstract: With societal development, public health has increasingly become an interdisciplinary field that intersects with engineering, law, computer science, the humanities, and other disciplines. Students applying to this field come from diverse academic majors, and it is essential for them to gain a foundational understanding of public health during their studies. The course Introduction to Academic Studies integrates ideological and political education with professional training. By exploring ideological and political elements, enriching the pedagogical approaches to course-based ideological and political education, and investigating pathways for its implementation, this course helps guide students to understand the spirit of public health, strengthen their commitment to the profession, and place greater emphasis on specialized coursework. Ultimately, it aims to lay a solid foundation for their future careers in public health practice.
