社区医养服务中心智能化转型的影响因素与优化策略研究

Research on the Influencing Factors and Optimization Strategies of Intelligent Transformation of Community Medical and Elderly Care Service Centers

摘要: 在人口老龄化不断加深的背景下，国家相继出台政策文件，明确鼓励发展医养结合，推动养老服务向智慧化升级。社区医养服务中心直接面向老年群体，其服务水平关系到养老政策能否真正落地见效。把物联网、大数据、人工智能等技术引入社区医养服务，推动服务中心智能化转型已成为行业发展的必然选择。本文分析其内涵与特征，梳理影响转型的主要因素和现实困境，并提出相应优化策略，希望为基层养老服务质量的提升提供参考。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of a deepening population aging, the state has issued policy documents encouraging the integration of medical and elderly care and the smart upgrading of elderly care services. Community medical and elderly care service centers directly serve the elderly, and their service level determines whether elderly care policies can truly take effect. Introducing technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence into community elderly care services has become an inevitable choice for the industry. This paper analyzes its connotation and characteristics, sorts out the main influencing factors and practical difficulties in the transformation, and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies, hoping to provide reference for improving the quality of grassroots elderly care services.
