Exploring the Integration Path of AI and Critical Argumentative Writing Instruction in Junior High School Chinese
Abstract: Under the background of the teaching reform oriented towards core literacy in Chinese, the writing of critical argumentative essays in junior high school Chinese has become an important carrier for cultivating students’ logical and critical thinking. AI empowers the writing of critical argumentative essays in junior high school Chinese. However, in traditional writing teaching, there are pain points such as students’ lack of interest, inefficient integration of resources, insufficient interactivity, and weak evidence support. Artificial intelligence technology, with its features such as intelligence, personalization and interactivity, provides a new solution for the teaching of critical argumentative essays in junior high school Chinese. This article analyzes the core advantages of AI empowerment from four dimensions: stimulating learning interest, integrating teaching resources, enhancing participation and interaction, and precisely supplementing evidence. It also proposes practical paths covering the entire process from before class, during class to after class based on teaching practice, aiming to provide references for improving students’ critical thinking and writing skills and implementing core Chinese language literacy.
