职业师范院校AI教学体系构建研究——基于I-TPACK的“双师型”人才培养路径

摘要: 随着国家科技创新人才战略向基础教育阶段前移,人工智能技术深度嵌入职业教育领域,国家对具备数智化素养教师的需求日益迫切,职业师范院校面临“AI + 技能”的复合“双师型”人才培养的历史性课题。然而,当前职业师范院校学生的AI教学能力培养仍停留在工具操作层面,缺乏贯穿岗位需求–课程教学–能力实训–评价认证的全链条贯通式体系。本研究以I-TPACK为教学框架,构建以AI教学能力系统生成为目标的“需求锚定–项目化实训–数据化评价”贯通式AI教学体系,试图为职业师范院校批量培养能够驾驭智能技术、支撑“双师型”人才培养提供一条可行路径。
Abstract: As national strategies for technological innovation increasingly extend to the fundamental education stage, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming deeply embedded in vocational education. This trend has created an urgent demand for teachers equipped with digital-intelligent competencies. Vocational teacher education colleges now face the historic challenge of cultivating a new type of “dual-qualified” teacher who integrates “AI + skills”. At present, the cultivation of AI teaching competencies among students in these institutions remains largely confined to the level of tool operation, lacking a coherent system that spans the entire chain from “job requirements to curriculum instruction, competency-based training, and evaluation certification”. This study constructs a three-stage integrated AI teaching system—“demand anchoring, project-based training, and data-driven evaluation”—grounded in the I-TPACK (Intelligent Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) framework, with the goal of systematically generating AI teaching competencies. The proposed system offers a viable pathway for vocational teacher education colleges to cultivate, in a scalable manner, “dual-qualified” teachers capable of harnessing intelligent technologies and supporting the development of innovative talent.
