The Current Situation of Population Aging in China and Countermeasures

摘要: 我国已进入深度老龄化社会，人口老龄化呈现规模大、增速快、高龄化、城乡失衡等特征，对社会保障、劳动力供给、经济增长及社会治理构成多重挑战。本文基于最新人口数据与权威研究成果，系统梳理我国人口老龄化的现状特征，深入剖析其引发的多维挑战，最终从制度完善、服务体系构建、产业发展、社会参与等维度提出系统性应对策略，为积极应对人口老龄化国家战略实施提供参考。

Abstract: China has entered a deeply aging society, with population aging characterized by a large scale, rapid growth, high age, and imbalance between urban and rural areas. This poses multiple challenges to social security, labor supply, economic growth, and social governance. Based on the latest population data and authoritative research results, this article systematically reviews the current characteristics of population aging in China, deeply analyzes the multi-dimensional challenges it brings, and ultimately proposes systematic response strategies from the dimensions of system improvement, service system construction, industrial development, and social participation, providing a reference for the implementation of the national strategy of actively responding to population aging.
