高校体育类专业毕业生就业质量综合评价指标体系构建与群体画像研究

摘要: 本文以江西高校体育类专业毕业生为研究对象,通过熵权法和K-means聚类算法构建其就业质量评价指标体系及开展群体画像分析。研究发现,其就业质量基本处于中等水平;学历和专业对就业质量影响方面,不同学历层次对就业质量存在显著影响,但学历对就业质量的提升有限,体育类不同专业对就业质量的影响不是特别明显;群体画像方面,结合各指标得分,体育类专业毕业生可划分为稳定对口型、高能进取型、多维困境型等三个群体,占比分别达到43.2%、30.2%和26.6%。本研究为进一步完善高校毕业生就业质量评价和制定就业相关政策措施提供一定参考。
Abstract: This study focuses on graduates of sports-related majors at universities in Jiangxi. Using the entropy-weighted method and the K-means clustering algorithm, it constructs an evaluation index system for employment quality and conducts a group profiling analysis. The findings reveal that their employment quality is generally at a moderate level. Regarding the impact of educational attainment and major on employment quality, different educational levels have a significant effect on employment quality, but the improvement in employment quality resulting from higher educational attainment is limited; the impact of different majors within the sports category on employment quality is not particularly significant. In terms of group portrait, based on the scores of various indicators, graduates of sports majors can be classified into three groups: the “Stable and Field-Specific” group, the “High-Capability and Ambitious” group, and the “Multidimensional Struggle” group, accounting for 43.2%, 30.2%, and 26.6% of the total, respectively. This study provides valuable insights for further refining the evaluation of employment quality for college graduates and formulating employment-related policies and measures.
