基于AIGC的创新创业课程人机协同教学模式研究

摘要: 人工智能生成内容(AIGC)技术的爆发式增长,为高等教育创新创业课程的教学模式革新提供了强大驱动力,也带来了传统课堂与智能技术深度融合的挑战。当前,创新创业课程在教学实践中面临内容更新滞后于数智实践、教学方法难以激发高阶思维、师资数智胜任力不足等多重困境,其根源在于传统教学范式与智能时代人才需求的结构性错配。本文立足人机协同的理论视角,系统剖析了创新创业课程引入AIGC技术的现实困境与深层成因,并构建了以“目标–内容–过程–评价”为框架的人机协同教学模式。该模式强调发挥AIGC在知识生成、场景模拟与即时反馈中的赋能优势,同时坚守教师在价值引领、复杂决策与情感支持中的主体地位,旨在实现人机优势互补、协同增效。研究提出,应从重塑教学理念、升级课程资源、变革评价机制、提升师资数智素养四个维度推进教学模式的系统性重构,为培养具备数智创新能力的复合型创业人才提供理论支撑与实践路径。
Abstract: The explosive growth of artificial intelligence-generated content (AIGC) technology has provided strong momentum for innovation in teaching models within higher education entrepreneurship and innovation courses, while also presenting challenges in the deep integration of traditional classrooms with intelligent technologies. Currently, entrepreneurship and innovation courses face multiple difficulties in practice, including outdated course content relative to digital and intelligent practices, teaching methods that fail to stimulate higher-order thinking, and insufficient digital and intelligent competencies among instructors. The root cause lies in a structural mismatch between traditional pedagogical paradigms and the talent demands of the intelligent era. From the theoretical perspective of human-machine collaboration, this paper systematically analyzes the practical challenges and underlying causes of integrating AIGC into entrepreneurship and innovation courses, and constructs a human-machine collaborative teaching model structured around “goals - content - process - assessment.” This model emphasizes leveraging AIGC’s strengths in knowledge generation, scenario simulation, and real-time feedback, while maintaining teachers’ central role in value guidance, complex decision-making, and emotional support, aiming to achieve complementary advantages and synergistic effectiveness between humans and machines. The study proposes advancing systematic reconstruction of the teaching model through four dimensions: reshaping educational philosophies, upgrading course resources, transforming assessment mechanisms, and enhancing faculty digital and intelligent literacy, thereby providing theoretical foundations and practical pathways for cultivating interdisciplinary entrepreneurial talents with digital and intelligent innovation capabilities.
