数字建造企业赋能建筑企业数字化转型的路径研究——新中大软件服务的案例研究

摘要: 在数字化与智能化浪潮下,建筑业数字化转型迫在眉睫。本研究以杭州新中大科技股份有限公司为案例,依托动态能力理论与“战略–结构–技术(SST)循环”框架展开分析。通过单案例研究方法,收集多源数据并进行编码分析,发现新中大借助内部循环实现智能建造,通过外部循环赋能建筑企业数字化转型,形成双循环螺旋式演进模式。该模式揭示了其在推动企业数字化转型中的动态过程,为动态能力理论提供新视角,也为同类企业提供实践参考。
Abstract: In the wave of digitalization and intelligence, the digital transformation of the construction industry is imminent. This study takes Hangzhou New Zhongda Technology Co., Ltd. as a case, relying on dynamic capabilities theory and the “Strategy-Structure-Technology (SST) cycle” framework for analysis. Through a single-case study method, multiple-source data were collected and coded for analysis. It was found that New Zhongda achieves intelligent construction through internal cycles and empowers construction enterprises’ digital transformation through external cycles, forming a dual-cycle spiral evolution model. This model reveals the dynamic process of promoting enterprise digital transformation, provides a new perspective for dynamic capabilities theory, and offers practical reference for similar enterprises.
