数字鸿沟背景下老年人社会网络的重建研究

Study on the Reconstruction of the Elderly’s Weakened Social Network under the Background of the Digital Divide

摘要: 数字化浪潮与人口老龄化双重冲击的时代背景下，数字鸿沟已成为影响老年人社会网络建构和发展的重要障碍之一。数字化交往模式全面普及，老年人因数字接入受限、数字技能不足、数字认知滞后产生不同程度的数字排斥，原有依托地缘、血缘、业缘形成的社会关系逐渐弱化，社会网络出现结构性断裂，进一步诱发社会隔离、情绪孤独、自我认同下降等问题。本文将在社会网络理论的指导下，深入分析老年人社会网络弱化的表现特征，探究接入沟、使用沟、知识沟以及社会支持四个层面下老年人社会网络的弱化机制，并多维度探究数字鸿沟的背景下老年人社会网络的重建路径，从而提升老年人数字素养和技能，让老年人在信息化发展中有更多获得感、幸福感、安全感。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the dual impact of the digital wave and population aging, the digital divide has become one of the crucial obstacles affecting the construction and development of older adults’ social networks. With the comprehensive popularization of digital communication patterns, the elderly suffer from varying degrees of digital exclusion due to limited digital access, insufficient digital skills and lagging digital cognition. Their traditional social relationships based on geographical, consanguineous and occupational ties have gradually weakened, resulting in the structural deterioration of social networks and further triggering social isolation, emotional loneliness, decreased self-identity and other predicaments. Guided by social network theory, this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the weakening of the elderly’s social networks. It explores the weakening mechanism from four dimensions, namely the access divide, usage divide, knowledge divide and social support. Furthermore, this study proposes multi-dimensional reconstruction paths for the elderly’s social networks under the background of the digital divide. The research aims to improve the digital literacy and skills of the elderly, so as to enable them to gain a stronger sense of acquisition, happiness and security in the process of information development.
