科研导向翻转课堂在药剂学处方设计教学中的构建与实践
Construction and Practice of a Research-Oriented Flipped Classroom for Formulation Design in Pharmaceutics
摘要: 针对科研实践与课堂教学衔接不足、课前调研浅表化及课堂汇报重展示轻研讨等问题,构建科研导向的“科研实践–课堂研讨–拓展优化”翻转课堂。以克拉霉素胃溶包衣片设计为案例,围绕文献调研、处方论证、实验设计、质量分析与方案优化设置递进式教学任务。教学效果以翻转课堂评分评价知识掌握与科研能力,并结合对学生阶段性成果的分析、考察方案论证和修订过程。该模式以科研实践驱动课堂,以课堂研讨深化科研实践,科研与教学由单向输入转变为双向反馈,为药剂学教学中的科教融合提供了一种新的模式,有助于提升学生的自主学习和创新实践能力。
Abstract: To address the disconnect between research practice and classroom teaching, superficial pre-class inquiry, and the predominance of presentation over discussion in class, a research-oriented flipped classroom integrating “research practice - classroom discussion - extension and optimization” was developed. Using the design of clarithromycin tablets with a gastric-soluble film coating as a case study, literature review, formulation justification, experimental design, quality analysis, and protocol optimization were structured as a series of interconnected learning tasks. Learning outcomes were assessed in terms of knowledge application and research competence, while students’ work at different stages was analyzed to evaluate the development and refinement of their proposed formulations. By linking research practice with classroom discussion through a bidirectional feedback process, this approach provides a new model for integrating research and the teaching of pharmaceutics and enhances students’ self-directed learning and capacity for innovative practice.
