某型直升机起落架卡滞故障研究
Research on Sticking Fault of Landing Gear of a Certain Type Helicopter
摘要: 起落架作为直升机关键承载与起降部件,其工作可靠性直接关乎飞行安全与日常任务推进。某型直升机自投入使用以来,起落架卡滞故障呈逐年频发态势,且由地面延伸至空中,严重威胁飞行安全并干扰任务进度。本文通过对故障现象的追踪分析,明确腐蚀、磨损、维护不当及安装设计缺陷是引发卡滞的主要原因。基于故障成因,提出清除颗粒污染物、恢复表面光洁度的针对性排除方法,为该型起落架故障处置与维护提供技术支撑。
Abstract: As a key load-bearing and takeoff/landing component of helicopters, the landing gear’s operational reliability is directly related to flight safety and routine mission execution. Since a certain type of helicopter was put into service, sticking faults of its landing gear have occurred increasingly year by year. Such faults initially emerged on the ground and later occurred during flight, posing a serious threat to flight safety and hindering mission progress. Through tracking and analysis of fault phenomena, this paper identifies corrosion, wear, improper maintenance and installation & design defects as the main causes of landing gear sticking. Targeted troubleshooting methods including removing particulate contaminants and restoring surface finish are proposed based on the fault causes, providing technical support for fault disposal and maintenance of this type of landing gear.
