SBAR沟通模式在急诊胸痛患者中的应用与思考
Application and Reflection on the SBAR Communication Model in Emergency Chest Pain Patients
摘要: 急性胸痛是急诊科常见症状，具有发病快、致死率高的特点，快速准确的沟通有助于医护人员快速掌握患者病情，进行及时救治。SBAR标准化沟通模式(Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation, SBAR)作为一种区别于传统经验式口头汇报的结构化、标准化的沟通工具，已被广泛应用于患者转运交接、病情汇报等场景，其在提高患者救治效率、提升医疗服务质量等方面展现了显著优势。本文从SBAR沟通模式在急诊胸痛患者中的应用现状、应用效果、局限性及应对策略等方面进行综述，旨在为SBAR沟通模式在急诊胸痛患者中的应用提供理论参考。
Abstract: Acute chest pain is a prevalent symptom in the emergency department, characterized by rapid onset and high lethality. Effective and timely communication enables healthcare personnel to swiftly assess the patient’s condition and deliver appropriate treatment. The SBAR (Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation) communication model, a structured and standardized alternative to traditional experience-dependent verbal reporting, has been extensively implemented in scenarios such as patient transfer, handover, and medical condition reporting. This model has shown considerable advantages in enhancing the efficiency of patient treatment and improving the quality of medical services. This paper reviews the current status, application outcomes, limitations, and countermeasures of the SBAR communication model in managing emergency chest pain patients, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for its application in this context.
