青年亚文化语境下网络思想引领效能的解构与重塑

Deconstruction and Reconstruction of Online Ideological Guidance Efficiency in the Context of Youth Subculture

摘要: 新媒体时代青年亚文化快速发展，凭借网络化、个性化、双重性的特征深刻影响青年思想认知与价值塑造，对传统网络思想引领工作带来冲击与挑战。本文以青年亚文化与网络思想引领力的辩证关系为切入点，从话语主体能力、话语体系建设、传播载体布局、多方育人机制四个维度，系统剖析青年亚文化语境下网络思想引领效能的解构问题，并针对性提出强化主体素养、创新思政话语、优化传播载体、完善协同育人机制的重塑路径，旨在破解网络思政教育育人壁垒，提升主流价值在青年圈层的传播力与引领力，为新时代网络空间建设和青年理想信念教育提供理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract: With the rapid development of youth subculture in the new media era, its characteristics of networking, personalization and duality profoundly shape young people’s ideological cognition and values, bringing impacts and challenges to traditional online ideological guidance. Taking the dialectical relationship between youth subculture and online ideological guidance as the entry point, this paper systematically analyzes the deconstruction problems of online ideological guidance efficiency in the context of youth subculture from four dimensions: discourse subject competence, discourse system construction, communication carrier layout, and multi-party education mechanism. Targeted remodeling paths are proposed, including strengthening subject literacy, innovating ideological and political discourse, optimizing communication carriers, and improving collaborative education mechanisms. The research aims to break the barriers of online ideological and political education, enhance the communication and leading power of mainstream values among youth groups, and provide theoretical reference and practical enlightenment for the construction of a new-era cyberspace and the ideal and belief education of young people.
