数智赋能银发经济高质量发展的机遇、挑战及路径探究
Exploring the Opportunities, Challenges, and Pathways for High-Quality Development of the Silver Economy Empowered by Digital Intelligence
摘要: 随着人口老龄化加剧和数智化转型推进,数智技术正成为推动银发经济提质增效、实现高质量发展的关键力量。它通过扩展老年群体的可行能力、激活银发消费潜力、重塑产业运行机制,为银发经济的发展注入了强劲发展动能。然而,在当前实践中也面临着核心技术供给不足、适老化改造不充分、市场机制不完善、数字鸿沟显著等现实挑战,一定程度上制约着银发经济高质量发展的深度、广度与可持续性。本文从数智技术与银发经济深度融合的内在逻辑与突出困境出发,基于STS理论提出技术创新、市场生态、数字普惠和制度供给四个维度的系统推进路径,以应对人口老龄化,推进中国式现代化建设。
Abstract: With the intensification of population aging and the advancement of digital-intelligent transformation, digital and intelligent technologies have become a pivotal force in enhancing the quality and efficiency of the silver economy and achieving high-quality development. By expanding the capabilities of the elderly population, unlocking their consumption potential, and reshaping industrial operational mechanisms, these technologies have injected strong momentum into the silver economy’s growth. However, current practices face practical challenges such as insufficient core technology supply, inadequate age-friendly adaptations, imperfect market mechanisms, and significant digital divides, which to some extent constrain the depth, breadth, and sustainability of the silver economy’s high-quality development. Starting from the intrinsic logic and prominent difficulties of deep integration between digital-intelligent technologies and the silver economy, this paper proposes a systematic approach encompassing four dimensions—technological innovation, market ecosystem, digital inclusivity, and institutional support—based on STS theory, aiming to address population aging and advance China’s modernization drive.
