校企协同育人组织模式的构建与实践——基于“科技矿场”的探索
Construction and Practice of School-Enterprise Collaborative Education Organizational Model—An Exploration Based on “Sci-Tech Mine Field”
摘要: 产教融合是当前高等教育改革的重要方向,但数学类基础学科人才培养长期面临理论与产业实践脱节的困境。本文以中国矿业大学(北京)理学院“科技矿场”协同育人项目为案例,系统阐述了校企协同育人组织模式的构建逻辑、运行机制与实践成效。研究提出,通过建立校企联合管理机制、组建联合教学团队、实施双导师制、构建全过程管理平台等组织创新,能够有效打通高校与企业之间的制度壁垒,形成“平台共建、人才共育、同题共研、资源共享”的协同育人长效机制。实践证明,该组织模式在大学生创新训练项目、毕业设计、学科竞赛等方面取得了显著成效,为数学类基础学科人才培养提供了可借鉴的组织范式。
Abstract: Industry-education integration is a crucial direction for current higher education reform, yet the cultivation of talents in fundamental disciplines such as mathematics has long been confronted with the dilemma of disconnection between theory and industrial practice. Taking the “Sci-Tech Mine Field” collaborative education program of the School of Science at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) as a case study, this paper systematically elaborates on the construction logic, operational mechanisms, and practical outcomes of the school-enterprise collaborative education organizational model. The study proposes that organizational innovations—such as establishing a joint school-enterprise management mechanism, forming joint teaching teams, implementing a dual-tutor system, and building a whole-process management platform—can effectively break down institutional barriers between universities and enterprises, thereby forming a long-term collaborative education mechanism characterized by “co-built platforms, co-cultivated talents, co-investigated topics, and shared resources.” Practice has demonstrated that this organizational model has achieved remarkable results in university student innovation training programs, graduation design projects, and academic competitions, providing a replicable organizational paradigm for talent cultivation in fundamental mathematics disciplines.
