地方应用型高校教师工程实践能力提升路径研究

摘要: 地方应用型高校教师的工程实践能力随着产教融合的纵深发展已逐渐成为提升地方应用型高校人才培养质量的关键因素。文章通过对地方应用型高校教师工程实践能力提升的困境及成因分析，利用产教融合的客观条件，提出了“制度体系–实践平台–双师队伍–评价机制”四位一体提升地方应用型高校教师工程实践能力途径。表明可以通过进一步完善教师的引进与培养考核制度、搭建校企协同实践平台、加强“双师双能”型教师队伍建设、多渠道多主体的评价制度，提高教师的工程实践能力，提升地方应用型高校人才培养质量，推动地方经济产业转型升级。

Abstract: With the in‑depth development of the integration of industry and education, teachers’ engineering practical competence has gradually become a key factor for improving the talent‑training quality of local application‑oriented universities. By analyzing the dilemmas and root causes concerning the improvement of teachers’ engineering practical competence in local application‑oriented universities, this paper takes advantage of the objective conditions brought by industry‑education integration and puts forward a four‑in‑one improvement approach consisting of “institutional system‑practical platform‑double‑qualified teaching team‑evaluation mechanism”. The study indicates that improving teachers’ engineering practical competence, elevating the talent‑training quality of local application‑oriented universities and promoting the transformation and upgrading of local economy and industries can be realized by further perfecting the system for teacher recruitment, training and assessment, building school‑enterprise collaborative practical platforms, strengthening the construction of “double‑qualified and double‑competent” teaching teams, and establishing a multi‑channel and multi‑subject evaluation system.
