数智时代医学生职业价值观的异化表征、生成逻辑与思政引领策略

摘要: 数智时代,人工智能、大数据等技术的深度嵌入在赋能医学教育的同时,也潜藏着技术它异性的风险,导致部分医学生在职业认知、职业关系与职业伦理维度呈现出异化倾向。其生成逻辑在于技术逻辑的内嵌与扩张、教育系统自身的调适滞后以及社会系统压力的传导三者相互叠加。为防止医学生职业价值观异化,应从思政引领出发,凝聚多元主体合力,明确医学生职业价值观教育的育人职责;聚焦数字伦理挑战,完善医学生职业价值观教育的内容体系;统筹多维资源平台,拓展医学生职业价值观教育的实践路径。
Abstract: In the era of digital intelligence, the deep integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, while empowering medical education, also conceals the risk of technological heterogeneity, leading to a tendency of alienation among some medical students in terms of professional cognition, professional relationships, and professional ethics. Its generation logic lies in the superposition of the embedding and expansion of technical logic, the lag of the education system’s own adjustment, and the transmission of pressure from the social system. To prevent the alienation of medical students’ professional values, it is necessary to start from ideological and political guidance, gather the joint efforts of multiple subjects, and clarify the educational responsibilities of medical students’ professional values education. Focus on the challenges of digital ethics and improve the content system of professional values education for medical students; Integrate multi-dimensional resource platforms and expand the practical paths for the education of professional values for medical students.
