Guiding Teaching Reform in Occupational Health through Full-Process Drills

摘要: 随着职业危害因素向多样化、复合化发展,国家对应用型职业卫生人才的需求激增,倒逼院校开展教学改革。为改变教学内容碎片化、实践能力培养不足、考核评价方式单一等现实问题,本文提出以全流程演练为核心的教学改革路径,包括基于工作过程的课程体系重构、虚实结合的演练平台搭建、角色扮演式的教学组织实施、多元化的教学评价体系构建等四个方面内容。实践表明,该模式显著提升了学员的课程满意度和实际解决问题的能力,有效缩短了岗位适应周期,符合职业卫生学科特点,对培养职业卫生专业人才具有重要意义。
Abstract: As occupational hazardous factors become diversified and compounded, the national demand for application-oriented occupational health professionals has surged, driving teaching reform in universities and colleges. To tackle practical challenges including fragmented teaching content, inadequate cultivation of practical capabilities, and monotonous assessment methods, this paper proposes a teaching reform approach centered on full-process drills, covering four components: reconstruction of the curriculum system based on workflow, construction of a virtual-reality integrated drill platform, implementation of role-playing teaching activities, and establishment of a diversified teaching evaluation system. Practices demonstrate that this model greatly improves students’ course satisfaction and practical problem-solving ability, and effectively shortens their post adaptation period. Consistent with the disciplinary characteristics of occupational health, the approach bears great significance for training professionals in occupational health.
