综合护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者关节功能恢复的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Joint Function Recovery in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘要: 目的：分析综合护理干预对住院类风湿关节炎患者关节功能恢复的影响。方法：选取我科2025年5月至2026年4月收治的类风湿关节炎住院患者47例作为研究对象，其中2025年29例、2026年18例。按照护理方式不同分为对照组23例和观察组24例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上实施综合护理干预，包括病情观察、VTE风险评估与护理、关节功能锻炼指导、用药护理、中医特色护理技术配合、心理护理及健康宣教等，同时结合医生针灸治疗及护理开展中医定向透药、中药盐奄包、艾灸、中药泡洗等干预措施，并指导患者开展八段锦训练，以改善关节疼痛及晨僵症状。比较两组患者干预前后关节疼痛评分、晨僵时间、关节功能评分及护理满意度。结果：干预后，观察组疼痛评分低于对照组；晨僵时间短于对照组；关节功能评分优于对照组，护理满意度为95.83%，高于对照组的78.26%，差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：对住院类风湿关节炎患者实施综合护理干预，能够有效减轻关节疼痛，缩短晨僵时间，促进关节功能恢复，提高患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the recovery of joint function in hospitalized patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: A total of 47 hospitalized patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our department from May 2025 to April 2026 were selected as research subjects, including 29 cases in 2025 and 18 cases in 2026. They were divided into a control group (23 cases) and an observation group (24 cases) according to different nursing modes. The control group received routine nursing. On the basis of routine nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, including condition observation, VTE risk assessment and nursing, guidance of joint-function exercise, medication nursing, integrated traditional Chinese medicine nursing, psychological nursing and health education. Combined with acupoint application, Chinese-medicine directional drug delivery, Chinese-medicine hot compress bag, moxibustion, Chinese-medicine soaking and other intervention measures prescribed by physicians, patients were guided to practice Baduanjin to relieve joint pain and morning stiffness. The scores of joint pain, morning-stiffness duration, joint-function score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: After intervention, the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; the morning-stiffness duration was shorter; the joint-function scores were better; and the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.83%, higher than 78.26% of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention for hospitalized patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively relieve joint pain, shorten morning-stiffness duration, promote the recovery of joint function, improve patients’ treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
