我国早产儿护理研究热点及演进趋势可视化分析

摘要: 目的：分析我国2016~2025年间早产儿护理研究现状、研究热点和发展趋势，为后续研究提供参考。方法：运用NoteExpress、Excel、CiteSpace对中国知网收录的早产儿护理文献进行统计分析和可视化分析。结果：共纳入文献3232篇，发文量呈先增后减，研究热点持续转化。结论：我国早产儿护理领域经历了从“以疾病为中心”到“以功能为中心”，再到“以家庭为中心”的转变。后续应强化区域学术协作，推进护理方案的标准化和本土化，探索新兴技术护理决策支持体系。
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the current status, research hotspots, and development trends of preterm infant nursing research in China from 2016 to 2025, providing a reference for future studies. Methods: Statistical and visual analyses were conducted on preterm infant nursing literature indexed in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), utilizing NoteExpress, Excel, and CiteSpace. Results: A total of 3232 articles were included. The publication volume shows an initial increase followed by a decrease, while research hotspots continue to evolve. Conclusion: The field of preterm infant nursing in China has undergone a paradigm shift from a “disease-centered” to a “function-centered”, and ultimately to a “family-centered” approach. Future efforts should strengthen regional academic collaboration, promote the standardization and localization of nursing protocols, and explore nursing decision support systems incorporating emerging technologies.
