摘要: 随着智能手机全面嵌入青少年的学习与生活,手机成瘾与网络自伤已成为数字时代交织出现的两大心理行为问题。手机成瘾指青少年对智能手机使用失去控制并导致社会功能受损;网络自伤既包括在网络空间浏览、发布与传播自伤信息,也包括匿名发布针对自身的伤害性内容的“数字自伤”。现有证据表明,手机成瘾是青少年自伤行为及网络自伤相关行为的重要风险因素,其作用路径涉及情绪困扰的中介、睡眠质量的损害、自伤内容的暴露与社会学习,并受反刍思维、痛苦忍受度、社会支持等因素调节。未来研究需统一概念与测量工具,强化纵向追踪与生态瞬时评估设计,构建整合性机制模型,并发展针对“成瘾–自伤”链条的数字化干预方案。
Abstract: With smartphones deeply embedded in adolescents’ study and daily life, smartphone addiction and online self-harm have become two intertwined psychological and behavioral problems in the digital age. Smartphone addiction refers to the loss of control over smartphone use and the consequent impairment of social functioning; online self-harm includes both browsing, posting and disseminating self-harm information in cyberspace, and “digital self-harm”, that is, anonymously posting hurtful content about oneself. Existing evidence indicates that smartphone addiction is an important risk factor for self-harm and online self-harm-related behaviors among adolescents: emotional distress mediates, sleep quality deteriorates, and exposure to self-harm content facilitates social learning, with the effects moderated by rumination, distress tolerance and social support. Future research should unify concepts and measurement tools, strengthen longitudinal and ecological momentary assessment designs, construct an integrated mechanism model, and develop digital interventions targeting the addiction-self-harm chain.
