数字鸿沟视域下老年人数字化生存困境及治理路径研究

Research on the Digital Survival Dilemma and Governance Path of the Elderly from the Perspective of Digital Divide

摘要: 在人口老龄化与社会数字化深度叠加背景下，老年群体深陷接入沟、使用沟、知识沟三重数字鸿沟，衍生出生活适配错位、社交隔离、技术恐惧及网络安全等多重数字化生存困境。本文基于增强权能理论，剖析个体主体性消解、子代反哺流变导致的“数字剥削”及排斥性商业技术理性等深层诱因。在此基础上，创新提出从个体增能、关系赋能、环境赋权及多元协同四位一体的治理路径，弥合数字鸿沟，构建数字包容的年龄友好型社会。

Abstract: Against the background of the deep overlap of population aging and social digitalization, the elderly are trapped in the triple digital divide of access gap, usage gap and knowledge gap, which gives rise to multiple digital survival dilemmas such as life-adaptation mismatch, social isolation, technostress, and network security risks. Grounded in empowerment theory, this paper decompiles the profound causes of these dilemmas, including the eradication of individual subjectivity, the structural “digital exploitation” driven by the mutation of intergenerational support, and the exclusionary commercial rationality of technology. On this basis, this paper innovatively proposes a quad-dimensional co-governance framework spanning individual empowerment, relational empowerment, environmental empowerment, and multi-dimensional coordination, aiming to bridge the digital divide and build a digitally inclusive and age-friendly society.
