我国养老服务领域的研究热点、知识图谱与未来展望
Research Hot Spots, Knowledge Mapping, and Future Prospects of Elderly Care Services in China
摘要: 养老服务作为一项重要的民生工作，关系着老年人群体的晚年幸福，成为一项重要议题。本文借助文本分析工具Bicomb 2.0及统计分析软件SPSS 27.0，对中国知网(CNKI)收录的3660篇相关文献进行了文献的计量研究，构建了2018年至2025年“养老服务”关键词聚类谱系图及研究热点战略坐标知识图谱。研究发现，养老服务领域的研究热点主要集中在四个核心领域：一是养老模式与发展趋势；二是农村养老的社会支持体系及科技赋能应用；三是家庭养老的可持续发展策略；四是长期照护与社区养老的发展路径探索。基于此，养老服务研究议题将持续受到关注，并且将会有新的议题不断涌现。
Abstract: Elderly care services, as an important part of public welfare, are closely related to the well-being of older adults and have become a significant social issue. This study employs Bicomb 2.0 and SPSS 27.0 to conduct a bibliometric analysis of 3,660 relevant publications from CNKI. Based on keyword clustering and strategic coordinate knowledge mapping, this study examines research hot spots in elderly care from 2018 to 2025. The results reveal four major research themes: (1) elderly care models and development trends; (2) social support systems and technological empowerment in rural elderly care; (3) sustainable development strategies for family-based care; and (4) development pathways of long-term care and community-based elderly care. The findings suggest that elderly care research will continue to receive attention, with emerging topics and innovative perspectives expected to further develop.
