产教融合下分析检验专业数智人才培养研究——以重庆工业职业技术大学分析检验技术专业为例

摘要: 产业数智转型与新质生产力发展,对分析检验技术专业人才的数字能力提出刚性需求,产教融合机制不健全、“五金”要素协同性不足已成为制约人才培养质量的核心瓶颈。本研究立足职教数智背景,以生态共生理论、政策整合理论、多主体协同理论为基础构建分析框架,采用描述性案例研究方法,基于多主体协同框架,构建适配新质生产力、以数字能力为核心的校企生态共生培养模式,明确“五金”建设逻辑与路径。经重庆海关技术中心合作案例验证,该模式成效显著,同时存在合作门槛、资源投入等方面的局限,为职教对接产业数智转型提供可复制范式。
Abstract: The industrial digital transformation and the development of new quality productive forces have put forward rigid demands for the digital capabilities of analytical and inspection technology professionals. The imperfect mechanism of industry-domain integration and the insufficient synergy of “five elements” have become the core bottleneck restricting the quality of talent cultivation. This study is based on the context of vocational education digitalization, and constructs an analytical framework based on the ecological symbiosis theory, policy integration theory, and multi-agent collaboration theory. Using the descriptive case study method, based on the multi-agent collaboration framework, it builds an ecological symbiosis training model for school-enterprise cooperation that is adapted to new quality productive forces and centered on digital capabilities, clarifying the logic and path of “five elements” construction. Through the verification of the cooperation case with Chongqing Customs Technology Center, this model has achieved remarkable results, while also having limitations such as cooperation thresholds and resource investment, providing a replicable model for vocational education to connect with industrial digital transformation.
