以赛促学：预防医学技能大赛赋能非预防医学专业学生发展的作用与思考

Competition-Driven Learning: Effects and Reflections of a Preventive Medicine Skills Competition on Empowering Non-Preventive Medicine Major Students

摘要: 本文聚焦于预防医学技能大赛对非预防医学专业学生发展的赋能作用，探讨其如何通过“以赛促学”模式，助力非预防医学专业学生构建“医防融合”的核心能力。大赛通过笔试、复赛等环节，有效促进了学生在知识、实践与综合素养三个层面的提升。在知识层面，大赛帮助学生打破学科壁垒，深化了对“医防融合”理念的理解；在实践层面，通过模拟突发公卫事件、样本采集等场景，锻炼了学生的实际操作与问题解决能力；在综合素养层面，跨学科团队合作模式显著增强了学生的团队协作、沟通协调及应急处理能力。本文还以本校参赛团队的备赛过程为例，分享了跨专业协同、精细化实训与案例剖析的具体经验。结果表明，“以赛促学”模式是培养兼具临床诊疗与疾病防控能力的复合型医学人才的有效途径。

Abstract: This study focuses on the empowering effects of a preventive medicine skills competition on non-preventive medicine undergraduates, and explores how the “competition-driven learning” model facilitates the cultivation of core “clinical-preventive integration” competencies among non-preventive medicine major students. The competition, comprising a written assessment and final rounds, effectively promotes student improvement across three dimensions: knowledge mastery, practical capability, and comprehensive professionalism. In the knowledge dimension, it breaks down disciplinary barriers and deepens students’ understanding of the “clinical-preventive integration” concept. In the practical dimension, scenario-based simulations of public health emergencies and specimen sampling enhance hands-on performance and problem-solving skills. In the comprehensive professionalism dimension, the interdisciplinary team design significantly improves students’ teamwork, communication, and emergency response capabilities. Based on the competition preparation experience of the institutional team, this paper further shares practical insights into interdisciplinary collaboration, refined skill training, and case-based analysis. The findings indicate that the competition-driven learning model serves as an effective pathway to cultivate compound medical talents equipped with both clinical diagnosis and disease prevention competencies.
