A Study on Deeply Exploring the Modern Value of Confucianism to Empower Shandong’s High-Quality Development

摘要: 本研究立足中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的时代背景，系统探讨深入挖掘儒学现代价值赋能山东高质量发展的理论逻辑与实践路径。基于文献研究、案例分析、实地调研、跨学科研究、历史与逻辑分析、比较分析及专家咨询等综合方法，深入梳理儒学现代价值的理论内涵，系统考察曲阜儒家文化研学游、海尔“人单合一”模式、尼山世界文明论坛等典型案例的实践经验。研究提出，儒学现代价值的精准提炼、与山东各领域融合发展的有效模式、传承创新的长效机制、国际交流传播的策略路径，是促进山东高质量发展的四个关键维度。在此基础上，本研究从深化学科交叉、强化数字技术应用、推动产业升级、拓展国际表达四个层面提出优化策略，旨在为山东在社会治理、经济发展、个人成长、文化传承与生态保护等领域的高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指引，为中华优秀传统文化“创造性转化、创新性发展”贡献山东范例。

Abstract: This study, situated in the context of advancing the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture, systematically explores the theoretical logic and practical pathways for empowering Shandong’s high-quality development through the modern value of Confucianism. Adopting an integrated methodological framework that encompasses literature review, case analysis, field research, interdisciplinary research, historical and logical analysis, comparative analysis, and expert consultation, the study systematically reviews the theoretical connotations of Confucianism’s modern value and examines the practical experience of representative cases, including the Qufu Confucianism study tour, Haier’s “Rendanheyi” (customer-employee integration) model, and the Nishan World Civilization Forum. The study identifies four key dimensions as critical to promoting Shandong’s high-quality development: the precise extraction of Confucianism’s modern value, effective models for the integrated development of Confucianism with various sectors in Shandong, a long-term mechanism for cultural inheritance and innovation, and strategic pathways for international exchange and communication. On this basis, the study proposes optimization strategies from four perspectives—deepening interdisciplinary integration, strengthening the application of digital technology, promoting industrial upgrading, and expanding international expression—with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for Shandong’s high-quality development across the domains of social governance, economic development, personal growth, cultural inheritance, and ecological protection, and of contributing a Shandong paradigm to the “creative transformation and innovative development” of fine traditional Chinese culture.
