社会支持视角下社区居家养老服务研究

A Study on Community-Based Home Care Services from the Perspective of Social Support

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化程度不断加深，对于养老需求更加旺盛，同时也对建设高质量养老保障体系提出了更高要求。社区居家养老模式服务模式以“家庭 + 社区”的形式既满足了老年人更倾向于家庭养老的需求，又能充分发挥社区的资源整合能力，契合了我国在当前阶段的养老服务需求。本研究基于社会支持视角从老年人在健康养老过程中对于各种社会支持的需求分析我国社区养老服务模式的发展优势及困境并为该养老服务模式的完善提出优化路径，推动我国养老服务体系的进一步不断发展。

Abstract: As China’s population continues to age, the demand for elderly care is growing more intense, while also placing higher demands on the development of a high-quality elderly care system. The community-based home care model, operating under a “family + community” framework, not only meets the preference of older adults for family-centered care but also fully leverages the community’s capacity for resource integration, thereby aligning with China’s current needs for elderly care services. Based on a social support perspective, this study analyzes the development strengths and challenges of China’s community-based elderly care service model by examining the various social support needs of older adults during their healthy aging process. It proposes optimization pathways to improve this service model and promote the continuous development of China’s elderly care service system.
