面向新工科的《土木工程施工》课程教学改革路径探析
Teaching Reform Path Exploration of “Civil Engineering Construction” Course for New Engineering Education
摘要: 在新工科建设与建筑业数字化、智能化转型背景下,《土木工程施工》课程面临内容滞后、教学单一、实践薄弱和评价片面等问题。本文在梳理国内外相关研究的基础上,从内容、模式、实践和评价四个方面提出改革路径:融入BIM、智慧工地及装配式施工等前沿技术,构建模块化课程体系;推行混合式与项目式教学,并以“某三层框架结构办公楼施工组织设计”为例,详细呈现项目式教学的全流程实施方案;依托虚拟仿真、学科竞赛和校企合作,建立“理论–实训–创新”实践体系;实施多元化评价。相关改革有望能够提升学生的学习参与度、工程实践和创新能力,为土木工程复合型人才培养提供参考。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of new engineering discipline construction and digital/intelligent transformation of the construction industry, the course “Civil Engineering Construction” faces issues such as outdated content, monotonous teaching, weak practical training, and one-sided evaluation. Based on a thorough review of domestic and international literature, this paper proposes reform strategies from four aspects: content, teaching mode, practice, and evaluation. These include integrating cutting-edge technologies like BIM, smart construction sites, and prefabricated construction to build a modular curriculum system; implementing blended and project-based teaching approaches, with a detailed case study of “construction organization design for a three-story frame structure office building” to illustrate the full PBL implementation process; establishing a “theory-practice-innovation” training system through virtual simulations, academic competitions, and industry-university collaboration; and adopting diversified evaluation methods. These reforms are expected to enhance student engagement, engineering practice, and innovation capabilities, providing a reference for cultivating interdisciplinary talents in civil engineering.
